• Deal coordination and brokerage services between suppliers and buyers
• Promotional communications about new inventory, deals, and updates

Next Frontier LLC acts as a broker and facilitator. We do not take title to inventory unless explicitly agreed in writing. All final transactions are between the buyer and supplier directly.

5. Buyer Accounts and Registration

• Quantities, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed in writing by Next Frontier LLC
• Next Frontier LLC is not responsible for the quality, condition, authenticity, or fitness for purpose of any inventory brokered through our Services
• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the transaction
• Payment terms will be communicated on a per-deal basis and must be agreed upon in writing before any order is placed

These deal-specific terms cover product specifications, payment terms, delivery timelines, and dispute resolution for your specific order. By proceeding with any order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the full Terms of Service provided to you for that transaction.

Order of Precedence: If a conflict exists between these general Terms and any deal-specific terms provided to you for a particular transaction, the deal-specific terms control for that transaction only. These general Terms continue to govern all other aspects of your relationship with Next Frontier LLC.

7. Communications and Messaging Consent

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXT FRONTIER LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
